훌륭하지만 오래되어 낡고 안타까움이 가득함
주변이 낙후되었고, 호텔또한 많이 쇠락하여 오래된 건물 오래된 시설에 한계가 분명합니다. 규모가 작다보니 조식 뷔페 유지가 어려워 보였고, 방에서 오래된 냄새가 났습니다. 하지만 직원들은 훌륭하였고, 스파의 마사지 또한 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

Not like 5 stars hotel
It was our honemoon and they upgraded room with 2 single room. I think it is careless. I lost my phone during stay in UB and I asked them to use computer but they didnt operate biz room properly. I cannot rate this kempinski hotel as 5 stars hotel because of The staff's service. Worse than my expectation. I will find out another hotel next time.

이틀 동안 머물면서.불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 직원들의 친절함이 돋보였는데 특히 컨시어지에 문의할때 부탁하면 무엇이든 빠르고 친절하게 응대했습니다. 더불어 조식도 정말 훌륭했어요!! 메뉴도 계속해서 바뀌고 고급호텔이란 느낌을 확실히 받을 수 있었습니다.

the best hotel of mongolia!
nice, clean, kind, very good. i want to recommend you this hotel especially breakfast service is outstanding. 시설, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠고 특히 조식 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 모든 면에서 만점을 주고 싶네요. 위치가 번화가(칭기스칸 광장)와 약간 떨어져있는 것이 단점이라면 단점이지만 크게 문제될 점은 아니라고 생각합니다.

꽤나 높은 등급인데 비해 올드한 호텔입니다. 직원분들이 친절하지만 영어를 제대로 사용하시는 분들이 없는 것 같아요. 의사소통이 힘들었고, 조식과 일식은 괜찮았지만, 그 외에 레스토랑은 참.. 별로예요. 무엇보다 룸이.. 올드합니다.

사진으로 봐서는 별이 5개 같이보이지 않지만, 실제로 이용해 보니 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 흡연객실임에도 깨끗하고, 공항과 시내 모두 적당하게 이동하기 쉬웠습니다. 조식도 무난하게 맘에 들었습니다. 직원들도 친절하였스니다.

괜찮습니다
호텔이 규모가 크거나 시설이 다양하지는 않지만, 편안하게 묵을 수 있었습니다 승용차 렌트를 이용했는데, 기사가 영어도 잘하고 친절해서 좋았습니다. 운전도 잘 해주셨구요. 화장실이나 방 크기가 커서 편했습니다.

飛行機が遅れ、深夜の3時過ぎにホテルに到着しましたが、問題なくチェックイン出来ました。チェックアウトも、早朝5時でしたが、問題ありませんでした。朝食はつけませんでしたが、1泊目の朝食をサービスしてくれました。オムレツが美味しかったです。テレビもロシアの番組が見れて良かったです。

Great Service, Breakfast is fantastic and the various amenities and mix of restaurants helps with variety. The Lundry service is phenomenal. There was nothing I can think of that lacked in this experience. I was there for 8 days, and it was delightful.

The Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace is a solid place to stay. It is one of two five star hotels in Ulaanbaatar, the other being the ShangriLa whose room rates are more than double the price. The Kempinski rooms are old fashioned, but they are large, clean, very functional and the king size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also nice and included a Japanese washlet type toilet. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant was outstanding with lots of food choices. Front desk was super helpful and accomodating. Finally, the Japanese sushi restaurant on the second floor was very good! I highly recommend this hotel.

Uneven standard
Great service on most days but occasional lapses. Cleaning somewhat spotty, no bath towels provided, A/C working quite poorly. 1 or 2 front desk staff making up for colleagues with suboptimal attitude.

ホテルの立地はウランバートルの東よりに位置しており、中心部まで徒歩で20分ほどかかる。冬は朝食ブュッフェは提供されておらず、KKレストランでメニューから注文する形式だった。 客室は十分な広さがあり、空気清浄機やトイレにウォシュレットがあったので日本人には快適に感じた。 スタッフのサービスはしっかりしていて、不快に感じることは全くない。
