Room was great: nice amenities and very clean. Gym facilities were clean with well-maintained equipment. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was fresh. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The room itself was fine and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. What was advertised as a buffet breakfast was changed to a plated meal delivered to the room, which did not meet expectations. Another issue was the very low water pressure in the shower, which made it inconvenient to use. On a positive note, the staff were very accommodating, polite, and helpful throughout the stay, which was appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent - though during tourist season a lot of the stuff kept running out quickly and it was hard to keep up demand for certain foods. The rooms were massive and had a great view overlooking the city and staff was extremely helpful and nice!

Always a nice stay, with very friendly and professional staff. Nicely designed modern rooms, and nice facilities. I just seem to have a hard time getting the room to be comfortably cool for sleeping at night. I'll most likely be back the next time I'm in Ulaanbaatar, as it is a very convenient location.

Excellent staff, poor upkeep. First room i was assigned (junior suite), door card reader did not work. Engineer was called in to open the door with the master key, and i was told not to leave the room, or i would not be able to reenter. Promised to fix it next morning. Found 2 empty plastic bottles, not cleared from previous guest, and water not replenished. Ordered room service since i was trapped in the room, the young man who served me was very polite and helpful. Next evening after returning from my activities, card reader still not able to work. After some time they moved me to another suite (upgrade). Overall rooms are spacious and comfortable but dated.

The hotel was generally good, the price included breakfast, which was also acceptably enough. The only small issue was with the water pressure, which was quite low on the 9th floor.

Great stay

After a long trip round Mongolia, the hotel was a welcome retreat. The front desk staff were very helpful. The bed plus pillows were amazing. Great shower too. I was also able to get my laundry done quickly at a reasonable cost. I had a lovely dinner in the main restaurant attended to by a very pleasant and efficient waiter.

I plugged my phone In To charge to The lamp by the bed. It only charges when the lamp is on. Dangerous my phone died right after my alarm went off. If I’d got snooze I would have over slept cuz my phone wasn’t charging.
