"The Grand Hotel has a good location next to the railway station. It is good, affordable accommodation at less than half the price of the Thon Hotel down the street. "Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "
