"The view from the large windows is why I chose this hotel, and I wasn't disappointed with the view from the 21st floor. Lovely, clean, spacious room for a solo traveler with room under the bed for shoes and suitcase. A large TV with easily accessible HDMI ports, usb A,C and power outlets on both sides of the bed, A drawer under the padded bench for dirty clothes, in room safe (small), 2 complimentary water bottles (per cleaning schedule), floor standing air purifier unit, reasonably good black out blinds and a small moveable pedestal table are other niceties of the room. Bathroom amenities include the everloved ✨bidet✨ as expected, a deep bath tub with shower wand with *fantastic* water pressure and precise temperature and flow controls. The buffet breakfast was tasty and offered many options rotating through 2(?) "menus" being offered. Coffee to go it's a nice option available. Private indoor smoking room on the B1 level is adequate but would be nice to have a spot to lean/sit, besides the walls after a long day spent walking. Small cons are: no coin laundry option, but same day laundry service is offered, awkward hanger space if you need to hang jackets/coats and aside from the drawer, under the bed and the safe there are really no spaces to store things. 4.5/5⭐ staff was friendly and helpful too"

"Dirty lobby. Wifi did not work. AC stopped working morning of checkout. Not the most welcoming staff. Room was clean though dated."

"The room was packed with all the amenities needed for a good stay and the yukata was sturdy and of good material. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel as the SPA facilities which included a public bath was larger than expected with both indoors and outdoors pool. The only downside is the noise coming from outside even though we were on floor 21 however the staff provided free earplugs for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel and due to its location in the heart of Shinjuku, it’s hard to beat with the affordable price we paid."

"Very underwhelming, dated property. Given the price and 5 star rating there are many better choices in Tokyo. The room was clean but bit dated. No real outstanding features. Breakfast was very mid. Staff were robotic and not the usual level of courtesy we've experienced all over Japan. They seemed tired and a bit annoyed. I think the property commands the premium becuase of the location near Tokyo Tower etc. Beyond that nothing really special. Just an OK hotel in a good enough location."

"Very clean and quiet room. Convenient shops and restaurants underground. Across the street there are the Government bldgs and went up to the observatory deck for a 360 view of the city."

"This place is nearby of the good places like the train station that take you to Shibuya crossing, to see punch at the zoo and ect. Roppongi is amazing for Food, entertainment and shopping. The hotel is super clean and the staff is incredible and respectful."

"Breakfast is expensive and the Godzilla patio was closed due to people climbing on him. The rooms and location were great. "

"Clean rooms, very accommodating staff, and the location is quiet and peaceful. One thing that might be a little problem is that there is no AC however the room does have a Dyson fan in the room to help remedy that issue."
