"Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel"

"When I travel to Omaha/Council Bluffs in the future, I'll avoid this hotel. The main issue was the beds were on metal panels that sound like you were sleeping on timpani drums. The owners/staff were very friendly but the beds were awful to sleep on. Outdated amenities are fine, and they tried to keep things clean, but I've never seen beds like these in my 60 years."

"The bed was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was disappointing. We got the same room for both stays. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls. The flooring was coming apart. It was really humid and muggy in the room. The gap between the bed and the wall was really narrow and hard to walk through to get into bed."
