"For the room rate paid, I was dismayed over the answer I received inquiring what was the earliest I could check in arrived after 12 noon). The response was that I would be charged $40 to do so. That's just pure profit mongering. Overall housekeeping was fine but little things (overlooked) surprised me like not refilling the kleenex box, leaving a used towel on the bathtub. "

"I stayed for five nights at this Kasa. Check in process was easy and I never had issues getting into the building/Room. There is nobody onsite, but you can communicate via text with what appears to be a bot. There is also a virtual assistant. Location on King Street is the biggest plus of this unit. Room I was in needs a good deep cleaning. The AC unit has visible dust/grime/debris in it. I was not very comfortable with air circulating thru this dirty AC unit. There was also a dead bug in front of it when I arrived. The chair in unit was in bad shape and left side arm pops out of its supports repeatedly and you have to put it back in. Shampoo holder in shower needs to be reassembled. Cleanliness/condition of unit was biggest negative. The small room was fine for 1-2 people and you can’t beat the location. Location was the biggest plus!"

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful and kind. Only complaint was that every time the cleaning staff were on my floor, they spoke very loud and had long conversations. "

"The hotel was dated, but not too bad. Bed was clean and good, firm mattress. Room was HUGE with good blackout curtains. Bathroom was old (rusted curtain rod), but effort had been made to update. Towels were lacking- very small (that is an area where owners/managers can improve). The area was a bit "sketchy" right on the highway with people milling about outside at all hours. As a single female traveler I felt a bit uneasy but had no issues. I would stay here again for the price. I just needed a quick rest after getting stuck on 95 in a surprise snowstorm I was not prepared for nor desired to drive in. I continued my trip the next day with no issues. "

"Location is top notch, literally 20 feet to King St and all of the shops. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Sophia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there again. "
