โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โI thought the staff there were wonderful. The front desk was helpful and check in was easy. The breakfast/kick back staff were so friendly and attentive (also we love the kick back at the Drury's). The location was great for us and we had a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.โ

We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. โThe Roost was amazing. Great location downtown within walking distance to everything. Secure parking garage attached with easy access to the hotel. It is really an apartment with kitchen, full fridge and stove. Very clean and comfortable, front desk service was excellent. Only complaint and I mean only nitpicky thing was the coffee maker we had was a bit beat up and made a mess. Highly recommend.โ
โLove that they had a sound machine and provided ear plugs! Itโs located on a busy corner, so noise is an issue, but we slept well with the amenities provided!โ

It is located in a district that is up and buzzing at night and is not quiet, but is also beautiful and exciting. The building is very large inside but there isn't much in terms of shops on the inside. Staying here is an experience if you enjoy the smell of and the look of 200 year old architecture and character that you will not get from a modern structure. I actually have no complaints. I wouldn't return, but only because I prefer modern. I prayed about staying at...
โStayed there just one night prior to visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful with restaurant advice and parking suggestions. Yes, facilities could use a facelift but very clean and breakfast was good. โ
