"We arrived on Sunday around noon. There was no ice water set out, no snacks... we asked for early check in but was told we needed to wait until 3. There literally was no people at all around. We were allowed to sit at at the pool and ordered food delivery. No one at the front desk suggested we use the hotel shuttle to obtain food/drinks."
