"To say that we were catfished by this property is an understatement. It looks nothing like it does online. It is literally an open air motel that has been renovated. While it was somewhat clean, it still gave somewhat trap house motel. And it had a slight odor to it, that did not go away. If it had not been the fact that we were only staying for a night I would not have stayed. I slept in my clothes."

"My friend and I were underwhelmed with the hotel although Spencer at the check-in counter was very pleasant and helpful. The pool which was the primary highlight of the trip but swimming at night was not a good experience. The water was so cold. You would think for a luxury hotel with a luxury price, the very least, the pool could have been a little heated."

"The first day the housekeeping did not clean the room and then she did not put the floor mat in the bathroom ,I was about to fall because there was no floor mat."

"The property was very well kept and clean air condition and heat choice worked well in the room the breakfast was top notch the pancake maker in particular was the first I've ever seen very convenient and useful and to have the choice to have fruit syrup pecans, prunes and mix nuts was impressive and the choice of Oat milk was very nice as well. The front desk and servers in the dining area very kind and attentive. The workers on the floor do not speak English which is a disconnection they can at least have a phone with translation to communicate with the patrons for room service , alsonwhybroom service is very other day makes for there need to be more staff. The sink in the room was slow to rid the water I did inform the front desk and if someone came to fix I wouldn't have known it was done since the sink was still the same when returning later to the room although the concierge states someone may have came since you reported it That wasn't assuring basically the sink was still not draining well. I didn't understand the reason this was built to not have dressers but I'm sure it's a reason and to have the bench under the TV instead of at the foot of the bed and or one for both locations was different."

"New property was only open a month when I stayed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location in a nice quiet walkable neighborhood. Room was clean but a little more attention to detail would be great. I sanitize wherever I stay so I probably notice little things while doing so. Parking was a breeze. Will be booking there again in a couple months and will for sure check out the amenities pool/fitness center next time around."
