"I have stayed here before and was very impressed. This time was almost as good. The room I had showed more wear and tear likely because I booked late and the hotel only had a few rooms left at the standard level. The staff were excellent and catered to my every need. I will stay again."

"Rooms are ok staff seems in a hurry and not explain stuff properly to me when asked for restaurants aroundbthe hotel since their restaurants close at certain hours. No food close by. Lots of trafficr noises from room 24 hrs a day more during peak hours. Mini bar empty but have menu with prices for mini bar items. Breakfast seems quite cold but ok could be worst. Wont stay here again. Booked it in a hurry to meet with suppliers in the city. "

"I’ve stayed here many times, but something has changed with their wifi access. It’s set up to take your cell number and send an access code by text. Unfortunately, the system only accepts Chinese cell phone numbers. I tried explaining this to the desk manager, but it wasn’t being understood. If you stay here, be prepared to have someone come to your room with their Chinese cell phone in order to get you online, or just stay at Crown Plaza next door and skip the hassle. "
