"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.

"The location of the hotel is great - next door to a fabulous cocktail bar - possibly the best I’ve been to called Railside bar and also next to the beach train station.
There is a great boardwalk that runs the length of the beach train taking you to the livelier side of town.
We found the staff very helpful unfortunately the way the lift works you tend to bypass the lobby area as you come and go, which is a shame as it’s a nice way to interact and appreciate the service of the staff. "
