"Good good excellent staff helpful breakfast very good"

"Very comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Great location and handy to have parking on site which was £10 for the night. We were in room 305 and a bit of noise from people shouting in the street in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault and to be expected when you right in city centre. Breakfast was decent. "

"Room was advertised to have breakfast included. What a misleading, dishonest statement by the hotel. On arrival I was advised the breakfast was a continental with fresh pastries. Not so. Pastries were thawed out frozen items. Mostly inedible. An OJ, yoghurt, small amount of fresh milk, boring corn flakes. Not even additional tea or coffee sachets. IF THE BREAKFAST IS CONTINENTAL IT NEEDS TO BE HONESTLY DISCLOSED IN THE HOTEL INFORMATION SO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE. I never choose continental. I surely will never choose or recommend this hotel. What a very unpleasant experience."

"Lovely staff, very nice and helpful. Nice central location, easily walkable to dining, shopping, and sights. Room was dated, nothing like pictures on website, but nonetheless it was clean and cleaning service was provided daily. A bit pricey but overall a good experience. "

"One of the best hotels my chap and I have stayed in for a long time. It wasn't 'tired', the staff were helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the room clean. If we had to fault it, being very picky, the bathroom was a bit cramped and the towels weren't changed when we asked. The superb spa treatment that was a last minute booking, was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying again."

"Lovely apartment, everything you needed including tea,coffee,milk,sugar,oil etc. parking easy in the pub next door. Beautiful decor. We plan to return next year."

"The rooms are okay if you are only looking for a place to shower and sleep at nights. This was my second time staying here while visiting family nearby. It works as there are no other options. There’s nothing special about the place, just basic accommodation that costs well over £100 per night."
