“I am writing this to warn other travelers about the hygiene standards here. I ended up with over 30 bedbug bites during my one-week stay. Although the hotel relocated me and provided a 30% refund initially, the situation didn't improve as I kept finding new bites. “I rated this as a hostel, NOT compared to a hotel. As a US traveler coming to Germany, I was looking for a private room for a week to experience another country on the cheap. The room was clean, the host was great with communication, the locks and codes worked as indicated, it was a 3 min walk from the nearby busses and 10min to a grocery store. It was exactly what I was looking for. About 30 minutes outside the city, which made for quieter nights than if I were in Munich proper.”

“Staff was so kind and helpful! All the people have been welcoming here and the room were large and comfortable. Thank you!”

“Moldy/mildewed shower”

“The room was dirty, the bed sheets seemed clean but I woke up the next day and my face was red like smth bit me when I have no allergies. There were no towels provided or anything else. The bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty. The only good thing was the staff that I talked on the phone with and the roomgirl that I met. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or people that they want smth cheap and comfort.”
