"Spacious, functional, clean suite (with 2 Queen beds, a Queen sofa bed, and a walk-in closet) that is ideal for a family with kids. The included breakfast is top quality with a great variety of fresh, healthy food. The self-serve waffle station (available during weekend) is a big plus. Service is superb, and cleaning staff (room and breakfast area) appears to be meticulous and pays special attention in keeping area clean. Only complaint is the misleading 3-star rating shown in the booking website. The hotel should be rated at least a solid 4-star. I would have missed booking this hotel, if I had not looked for a suite type room. I would definitely return."

"The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The room & breakfast were both decent. The biggest downside was the smell. The lobby, elevator, stairwell, hallway & room all smelled not so great. All in all not terrible for what we paid to pass through."

"Excellent experience - very helpful and friendly staff, well designed property, nice details, pet friendly, nice atmosphere. Very cool resort style experience and staff that actually have customer service training and skills (something pretty rare for the West Coast lately), highly recommend for a fun weekend if you are in the Medford area. It is apparently the only Compass Margaritaville on the West Coast so kudos to the Ko Kwel tribe for a fantastic hotel choice."

"It's an older motel that has been renovated in the past several years. It has a few minor dings on the walls, but that happens with use. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for a night's stay."

"We arrived late on a rainy night ! Found our room turned on the fire place and enjoyed a glass of wine in the living room . The lay out was perfect ! Beds were perfect comfy . Loved the spacious bathroom . ! It was so nice I look forward to coming back !"

"We were on a Hiking trip as a group of active older adults. Whenever we travel, we really aren’t looking for high-end accommodations with all the bells and whistles. We just need a nice clean quiet place to sleep and this certainly fit our expectations. I would definitely stay here again. The town itself is small and there are not any fast food restaurants like a McDonald’s for breakfast. There are convenience stores. You need to make sure that you let the staff know if you are checking in late. They were very accommodating, but it was good that we let them know."
