"Access to the streaming service is very complicated and confusing. If the TV was a dnartTV with streaming services preloaded it would have only required the guest to enter their password to access the account. Having to manipulate settings and websites made it not user friendly."

"Only thing that was an issue was lack of ice bucket. We had to keep using the disposable cups for ice. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"My daughter and I stayed 1 night after a concert at Lincoln Field. I preferred not to be in Center City, and get out of the crowded area after the concert ended after being in a large crowd for several hours. We had to check in very late at 1am due to all the traffic leaving the stadiums, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. There is a parking attendant at night and they'll only open the doors to the hotel if you have a key or via the doorbell so there's not a lot of random people walking in and out. Check in at 1am was very smooth and staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I was able to also get a late check out for the next day. Breakfast was conveniently until 10am so we had a chance to sleep in a little and still catch it before heading back to our room. It had a lot of great options - the cream cheese is in the fridge by the way (Philadelphia of course) and before moving our car out of the parking lot, we got to walk around the pier across the street and see some local art, take pictures by the bridge and water - highly recommend before you exit the lot, as there is no real public parking in that area anyway. About 30min away from this hotel is King of Prussia / Netflix House which is what we did the next day -- and I highly recommend that too as a nice daytime activity, out of the heat. It's attached to a really big mall too with plenty of options for food and shopping. When I come back to Philly, I'll likely come back to this hotel!"

"A kind of comfortable old world opulence. Everything you need. Clean, good towels and great linens, strong wifi, excellent location. Could use a couple of towel racks and the remote control requires a Ph.D to operate. That needs an update. Been there twice, would love to return!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was on the second floor and the walkway overlooking the bar/lobby area was cool but it was quite loud at night. Thankfully the room had a second door which cut down on the noise. Overall the hotel was very nice and the reception we attended there was also well done. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location - close to subway and very centrally located and walkable to all the tourist locations. Great room - bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure, nice linens Facility - enjoyed having a nice restaurant and bar available late into the evenings, food was good. Breakfast brunch was very nice but it was pricey tho. Staff - all were super friendly, front desk gave us a great recommendation for a dinner location"
