"Room was very cozy and clean but looked like the property was just treated for cockroaches as we had a couple half dead cockroaches in the room. Very common in Ballina but hard to know what chemicals were used. Safe parking in the courtyard. "

"If you are over 60 it would be best to have a room on the ground floor - there is no lift and lugging cases up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor is difficult."
