This hotel was the very best deal we had on our 3 week trip in Turkey ! The staff was truly wonderful and the rooms were clean ! The breakfast was very impressive as well with fresh fruit, veggies, and an assortment of breads . I would recommend this hotel to anyone 🙏

This place is a treasure! My family and I loved staying here. The staff was very kind and friendly and so helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was just incredible and offered a variety of foods. It’s close to everything on foot. We were sad to leave and couldn’t recommend it more.

Staff is excellent. Mehmet at reception help us in check in with luggages and balloon ride that our friends were looking for. Fatma at breakfast was cooking everything fresh. Her gözleme was best in Türkiye as far as we are concerned.

A room is like a suite, on entry a sofa couch, a living room with 2 overstuffed chairs and the bedroom has a king size. The place is big, being in turkey, felt like a sultan . Plenty of tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Breakfast is good. Only problem is you have to drag your luggage, up a flight of 20 stairs to enter the hotel.

As with most hotels in this area - you’ll have steep steps to climb along with your luggage. As a solo traveller, that was a little rough although the drivers were nice enough to help carry mine. Pics on Expedia weren’t quite accurate - rooms are a little old and outdated but I suppose some could consider it to be quaint. The bathroom was not up to par. The shower/tub was leaking an excessive amount of water into the bathroom areas however , no one came out to fix it although I had mentioned early on. I had asked for a different room however , none were available. The staff were nice - so that was a plus. The area is safe - even the room , but as a first time traveler to Türkiye and Cappadocia - it took some time to adjust to this hotel.

Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Our room had lighting problems, so they upgraded us to a bigger room for no charge. They even let us eat breakfast late on our last day. Great deal and lovely location.

Yazın gidenler klima olmadığını bilerek gelsin.

Odamızda klima olmaması malesef deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Odamız en üstte olduğu için çok güneş alıyor ve dışarıdan daha sıcak oluyordu ve gece uykumuzu bile etkiledi. Onun dışında temizlik ve hizmet iyiydi.

Keyifli bir konaklamaydı

Mükemmel ötesi bir balayı tatili

Balayı tatilimiz için geldik. Çok ama çok doğru bir tercih yapmışız. Eşimle birlikte mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik. Personelleri çok ilgili. Resepsiyonda bulunan Ali bey ve diğer tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı gerçekten müthişti :) Konum olarak Ürgüp'ün tam ortasındasınız ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Herşey hotel Konak dört dörtlüktü heryere 10 dakıka mesafede olan bir yer resepsiyonda duranların hepsi Güler yüzlü yardımcı oluyorlar herşeye has odada kaldık temizdi güzeldi fakat taş olduğu İçin mağara yani sürekli tavanlardan toz küpür iniyordu onun haricinde hiç bir skntı yoktu balayı İçin tercih etmiştik yine gelsem tercih ederim Kahvaltısı çok iyi yani yeterli geliyor

Muazzam!

Deluxe oda için rezervasyon yapmıştım. Otel tek kelimeyle muazzam. Kasımda gidince havalar haliyle soğuk oluyordu ama benim odam hep sıcacıktı. Taş yapısı ve tarihi dokusu bir yana, temizlik ve hizmet de harikaydı. Özellikle kahvaltı ikramı son derece bonkör. Ali bey'de son derece ilgiliydi bizlerle her ihtiyacımıza hemen çözüm üretiyordu. Ürgüp'e tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalırım. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Öncelikle her türlü yardımından dolayı Ali bey'e ve oteldeki görevli arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederiz. Biz birkaç arkadaş gittik, standart ve deluxe odalar kiraladık. Deluxe oda 1+1 ev şeklinde diyebiliriz, standart oda da sadece salon yoktu, aynı kalitede ve güzellikteydi. Temizlik, ses ve hizmet yönünden hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Hatta kahvaltı bugüne kadar aldığım en iyi hizmetti. Yaklaşık 9 ülke ve 40 küsür şehir gezdim, en memnun kaldığım otel deneyimini Ürgüp'te yaşadım. Civar konusunda şöyle bir dipnot düşeyim, gezilecek yerler birbirinden baya uzak dolayısıyla ya tura katılmanız gerekiyor yada taksiyle ulaşım sağlamanız gerekiyor çoğu zaman. Eğer şahsi arabanız varsa uçakla gitmek gafletine düşmeyin yada araba kiralayın derim. Çünkü gezi tahmin ettiğinizden daha pahalıya patlayabilir bu sebepten. Bir de hava durumunu mutlaka kontrol edin, balon görmek için gidip anahtarlığını alarak dönebilirsiniz. :) Balon göremedik biz ama otel açığı kapattı, tekrar teşekkür ederiz.
