The location of this property was gorgeous, truly being a luxury aparthotel. It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. They ordered us a pizza instead of having to go into town.

Very expensive for 3 nights. We stayed just two. The front desk area bathroom was very dirty… very expensive changed for every thing snd the breakfast was very poor and old by brrad, very limited. Didn’t like at all

Bonito pero poco practico. Falta mejor servicio

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo pero poco práctico. El servicio es lento (quizas por falta de personal), ordenamos a la habitacion y se demoró mas de una hora, aunque la comida estuvo buena y bien servida. Tuvimos un inconveniente ya que teníamos una salida para machu pichu a las 5 am y a esa hora no había nadie en recepción para hacer el check out (literalmente estaba apagada) un muchacho de mantenimiento que habia por ahí tuvo q ir a despertar a alguien y todo se atraso (casi no llegamos a la estación de tren); además el dia anterior nos prometieron una caja con un desayuno (ya q a esa hora el desayuno no había abierto) y nos dieron una botella de agua y una manzana. La zona donde esta el hotel no es muy bonita pero el hotel en si lo es, jardines y vistas muy bonitas (aunque en la noche es muy oscuro). Por lo demás la habitación grande y comoda.

PAULA was great and genuinely great host. If you in the area this is the place you want to stay. Decor is very charming and hip. Great view of mountains. Only suggestion would be entrance to hotel parking lot is not well paved and may turn off guest. I would improve and simplify guest entrance and may be relocated the sign. Thank you Paula and team taking care of us graciously.

Las instalaciones son perfectas, el trato del personal bueno y atentos, pero su desayunos muy simples con publicidad engañosa, en la carta de comida no había casi nada de lo que ofrecía, mala calidad de la poca variedad que ofrecían. Un simple filete de pollo a la plancha estaba completamente crudo, un panqueque igualmente crudo y mal hecho, el servicio de cable se iba a diario y había que solicitar que lo recarguen, decepcionada por el nivel y precio del hotel

The property was as beautiful as the pictures! It was like waking up in a movie. Although the property was excellent, the best part was Nicole. She helped us with everything we needed. Even when it was not related to the hotel services, she was available on whatsapp at anytime during the stay!

Amazing stay!

This is such a cute little place. Ana is always there to help for any questions at any time. She helped scheduling some tours and with our taxis. She also had great suggestions. The whole staff was extremely friendly I definitely recommend!

The staff was very servicial. Ana María was beyond everything helping me with my needs. I also met the owner who was very kind and friendly. They made me feel wonderful. The room was spectacular with a nice view.
