โStayed one night but the rooms were comfortable and well sized for a queen room. everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. front desk staff was very friendly. the price was fantastic and included a typical argentinian breakfast buffet. the hotel is up the hill, and a little outside the main downtown area. it is a short walk into the "downtown" as the city is quite small, otherwise ubers are very inexpensive. โ
โStaff are very courteous, room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Had trouble learning how to use the old-fashioned keys ha ha so close to everything, zero complaints would return to this property in a heartbeat:)โ

โNice residence hotel for longer stay. Only 2 blocks away from bus terminal, was a good choice for my 5am bus to Punta Arenas. I just had to leave the room key inside the room. Tricky part is that you have to ask the travel agency people to call hotel staff for check in. But worth it, definitely. Nice room with nicer rate. Err ask for printed wifi key. Hand written password did not work with me.โ

โWhat a lovely small hotel/bnb! The hosts Marcelo and Karina, as well as the evening desk staff, Gabby, were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating! The place was charming, clean, comfortable beds and bedding, fluffy luxurious towels ( after two weeks in Argentina I had forgotten how much I appreciated a good, soft, fluffy bath towel!).
