A great place to stay in Ushuaia. The cabin is private, comfortable, and in a remarkable setting. The view of the bay is spectacular, as is the town. Monica and Salvador greeted us warmly and made our stay easy. We want to return, and would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful views. Lovely cabins. The host Salvador was great. A basic daily breakfast is included which is good. It is about 5-10 minutes from the downtown which i think is a plus. Keep in mind that these are cabins at the end of the world. Despite that, the accommodation was ery good.

On top of the world at the end of the world

Beautiful place overlooking Beagle Sound. Salvador was a great host. He hand delivered breakfast every morning. Enjoyed grilling on the large deck. Great restaurant within walking distance. Much better to stay here rather than in the town. Lovely place with a great host.

Só temos a agradecer a Monica e Salvador por tamanha hospitalidade e generosidade ao nos receber. A nossa experiência em Ushuaia teria sido completamente diferente sem as suas histórias, indicações e receptividade. Ficamos encantados e já saímos com vontade de retornar um dia. Quanto às acomodações, são muito confortáveis, lindamente decoradas, a limpeza é impecável, tudo funciona muito bem e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. Apesar de não estar no centro, o acesso é fácil por taxi ou remis. Além disso, a região é charmosíssima (na minha opinião, mais que o centro), com boas opções de restaurantes e atividades (centro de ski, bar, café, lojas de souvenir) a uma caminhada de distância. Recomendo fortemente! Saludos, Monica y Salvador. Gracias por todo! Volveremos pronto, así espero.

Comfort and Tranquility

We had a wonderful time in Ushuaia, thanks to our lovely hostess Monica. The cabins are situated up a hill with a view of the Beagle channel. This allows for gorgeous sunrises, some bird-watching, and a feeling of tranquility and magic. The cabins are reasonably sized for a family of 4 and the beds and linens are comfortable. Monica went out of her way to accommodate our allergies by providing gluten-free croissants and rolls. We highly recommend Cabanas Del Martial for your stay in Ushuaia.

Made us feel so at home

What can we say about Monica and Salvador that has not already been said. They are wonderful hosts. From arrival to departure they were there to help. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable with amazing views. We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and would happily have stayed longer. The accommodation is out of town in quiet location but can be easily reached by taxi. Otis also near a lovely walk to the glacier.

Herrliche Lage mit Blick auf den Beagle Kanal, sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Viele Tipps zur Umgebung und Restaurants (und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!) Wirklich gemütliche Cabanas, gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Jeden Morgen gab es einen Frühstückskorb mit Backwaren zur gewünschten Uhrzeit ans Cottage geliefert (nichts Spektakuläres, aber nette Geste - haben uns alles weitere im Supermarkt im Ort besorgt) Kaffee, Orangensaft, Milch war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Diese Unterkunft ist ein echter Tipp für Urlauber, die mehr als nur eine Nacht in Ushuaia verbringen möchten. Die Fahrt von ca. 10 Minuten in den Ort nimmt man gerne in Kauf, zumal die Stadt selbst nicht besonders sehenswert ist. Haben uns im Cabanas del Martial absolut wohl gefühlt.
