The room had a great view of the area, although it is an older building with fewer electrical outlets, it server our needs. We had a problem with the shower drain and a bedside lamp switch that was broken but the most excellent staff had them repaired while we were out for the day. Lucia was especially helpful with setting up tours and getting taxis for us.

Really lovely space and very friendly personnel. I love the efficiency of their checkin/out online processes, but that there is still a welcoming human presence - they have the balance just right! Breakfast was excellent too.

The staff on sunday was discourteous,when asked for late check out only 15 was available, its as good not giving extra time ,the reason reson given was they need to prepare the room for next guests expected at 11 30 am ,no hotel gives early check in anyway i checked out at 10 a m and came back to pich up the bags at 3 pm amd no guests had checked into the room ,could not understand the rationale but it left a bitter experience of completely discourteous.

Excellent séjour

Hôtel très proche du centre ville, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner simple mais largement suffisant. Le staff est très à l’écoute et toujours près à renseigner pour des activités ou autres questions. Très bon accueil et excellent séjour, merci.

Hotel fica a uns 10 minutos de caminhada do centro, quarto grande porem se ficar no primeiro andar prefira o quarto 1 ou 2 o restante se escuta todo barulho da sala e dos quartos acima, café da manhã com poucas opções e contado, se precisar de late check out é cobrado.
