Positive things are the convenient location, easy checkin process, and the breakfast buffet. There was a noticeable odor both in the room, hallway, and lobby. I'm not sure if this is a cleanliness issue or just due to a lot of restaurants being nearby. Overall think it's worth staying a short while if you want to be in the center of downtown and want a hotel with a nice breakfast.

All fully equipped for living. Shortly - it is a dream house that surprisingly we got for a funny price! Not easy to reach if you do not have a car. The house is operated by an external company, so the check in must be done in the Ishigaki port, on the other side of the island. And it was not easy to find the office under the address they indicated. When you reach Okawa 200-1 in the Ishigaki port, look for the "Clatch coffee" - this is it!
