We had a wonderful stay here! Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful, and we found the bedroom quiet and comfortable (we were on the top floor at our own request). We would definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay. Bus and the city center was all close by. It was in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We had joining rooms so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the most enjoyable hotel stays during our three weeks in Europe! Beautiful, spacious room with comfortable beds and bedding, air conditioning, helpful and friendly staff, easy access to shipping and restaurants and also easy area for Ubers to access (some parts of Utrecht can be tricky for taxis and Ubers). Would definitely return!

Everything about the room seemed to be recently upgraded and modern. Staff was responsive. There is a canal adjacent to the lodge with a path following it. About 15 minute walk to Dom Tower.

Absolute delight! The staff was the best in Holland and my room (without windows) was exceptionally well done! I thought it might be weird, but it was not at all. Quiet, clean, roomy, comfy bed, right on a canal, with winderful and interesting lighting including a ceiling portal that shone the sun in my room. I will definitely be back to this hotel!

This hotel needs a little TLC. You get what you pay for though. Receptionist was lovely and helpful and let us store our bags prior to check in. No windows in The room (which we knew). Only fresh air was through a sky light, but bar noise outside at night forced us to keep it closed. Perhaps reception could supply ear plugs to guests as other hotels in the city do. The shower is so poorly designed you are furnished with a squeegee to wipe up water so it doesn’t run all over the floor. Our bottom sheet tore when trying to pull it tight over the mattress.

I liked my room but didn’t like having an interconnecting door, especially when the couple in the next room were shouting aggressively at each other. It left me feeling vulnerable. The girl on reception was helpful and got the tv in my room working. Checking out online worked well as I was leaving quite early.

Very noisy night. Lot of talk in corridors, through walls, and slamming doors until 3 a clock in the morning. Mayby it was just this night and bad luck, but the sound proofing is obvious not that good if you happen to have noisy neighbours.
