"Rooms were nice. Bathroom did not have small towel rack. In room coffee was very light. Beds were excellent. Could not use the pool because of storms. "

I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. "Aloha On The Ganges impressed me from the start because of the staff. I was greeted kindly, felt welcomed, and was shown the resort amenities by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff person. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately, often with someone coming right to my door whether to deliver a requested item or to pick up clothes for washing or to replace a broken item. I enjoyed the meals and found the wait staff willing to help me understand the dishes and suggest things I might like. They even made a box breakfast for me the morning I had to leave early. The spa and gift shops were of high quality, and again, staffed with friendly helpful people. The view of the Himalayan foothills and the Ganges river were extraordinary and access to the water was easy. I highly recommend this resort for cleanliness, attentiveness, and quality of things to do. "

"The room itself was very good, but due to a burst pipe there was a strong unpleasant smell constantly coming into our room. Additionally, because of a haldi ceremony taking place, we were not allowed to access the pool. We did not expect this kind of experience from such a reputed brand."

Customer service is top notch by every staff/employees we connected. Aman and Ishu at reception were excellent. Dining is fabulous, all meals, so many varieties. Rajeev snd Aayush, the Managers at restaurant were excellent. Hotel set up Holi celebration for the guests which was simply amazing. Worth the stay, good value as well. Definitely will refer to friends. Thank you to everyone we connected."
