where do I start? dirty bathroom, towels like car rags, noisy ac, no blanket, two ice machines, both out of order, outdoor trash receptacles overflowing. The pool had no water in it. The grounds and sidewalks were leaf and dirt covered. Booked a year in advance for the eclipse and still was charged over $300 per night so I expected more.

We got to the room and there were no towels or wash clothes. The TV didnt work but the your woman fro. the front desk fixed it when she came to bring towelsand wash clothes. Once we got settled, my husband went to get our daughter out of the shower and got a big piece of glass from the previous guest stuck in his foot and was bleeding. I cleaned it up but realized there there was still blood on the counter from the previous guest. Also, while I was cleaning my husband's blood off the floor that there was more glass under the bathroom counter. I took pictures of everything and would like a refund. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and while a little outdated it has always been clean with friendly staff. Something being outdated is fine but cleanliness and safety is something that is not negotiable.

Roaches in the room, floor was dirty, ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. The pictures online must be old because the property does not look like that at all. The kids were afraid to go to sleep thinking bugs were going to crawl on them. I would not recommend anyone stay at this motel.

When we got there and checked in our room was hotter than it was outside. I went to the front desk and told her and she gave us another room. We got into that room and the paint was coming off the walls the bathroom had a huge uncovered window and zero air circulation and the skin on the bathroom door was peeling away. Horrible experience all around and ended up leaving Friday to go to another hotel.

Buyer Beware
The staff was really nice, but they should allow you to see the room before you pay for it. I reserved the 3 bed room for myself and 2 teen soons. As soon as I walked in, I turned around. I wasn't going to subject them to that type of room. It is in terrible need of update and definitely not worth the cost. I left the property and fortunately found a room at Holiday Inn Express. I kept the room until the following morning and when I checked out, the front desk agent asked how the stay was. I was honest and told her we didnt stay in the room because the area isn't the best and the room was simply not up to par.

horrible !!!
they will not turn on air conditioner in your room so be ready to walk into a very hot room. The pool is outdoor and also has very hot water. shower is just a trickle, the room is extremely dirty and dusty ,the floor is dirty you can see where it is not swept nor mopped. front help is out and about the hotel so be prepared to hunt them to get checked in. do not stay especially if you have kids. It's one thing to be outdated It's another thing to be disgusting

Raunchy furniture. No ice machine working. No Internet working. Pool water was green. All the shells were falling off the wall. I wasn’t sure I wanted to walk on the floor. Barefoot that is. The shower height was at 4 1/2 feet. So I had to bend over to wash my hair. The water in the sink backed up. Refrigerator not keep anything cool. Neither would the freezer freeze anything. Little bit nervous about the electrical outlets. Just a place well past its prime that Nikita be hauled. Unable to patch this one up anymore. If I didn’t have to pay $100 I would say it’s a $36 hotel. But when I had to pay $100 I thought I would get a little bit better. Staff lady was nice but she was obviously the only one there and had a lot of people. Nobody available in the morning. Nobody answer the phone.

Smelly room, old and super dirty. My room hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was full of hair, the floor was full of dirt... The towels were dirty, full of make up… I can’t believe that it has a 5. And I can’t believe that these kind of places can still exist!!!

The pool was a dark dirty green water. No wifi. Property was being renovated, numerous rooms were not cleaned & ready. My room that i was supposed to get with a king size bed was still being renovated & not cleaned. And they were giving it to another female customer when i arrived there.The front desk girl was by herself, it was her 2nd day at work. I asked for another room with double beds and that room was not cleaned or ready. So i did not stay there.What Expedia has on there website does not correspond with the property or rooms.

I didn’t expect a 5 star stay at the price, but I didn’t expect 1 star stay either. With the exception of the young women working the evening shift, every thing else was subpar. The Wi-Fi NEVER worked. No breakfast and only got one cup of coffee in the lobby where the pot was never refilled. Before COVID we had started here many times. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible place. From the start the receptionist made it feel like she was doing you a favor by staying there. Her phone was more important. The room was dirty and run down. Sink faucet was broken. AC was broken and water barely came out of shower head. Terrible place
