“Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try).”

“Unclean room and staff not helpful”

“창없는 방 배정. 기본적인 수건, 물 제공 미흡. 위치만 좋음.”

“We loved the location, the history and the staff.”

“It was outstanding place to go around london and outskirt of london!”

“I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I would especially like to mention Adies. She is an Asian hotel staff member who was incredibly kind, warm, and professional throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Adies always greeted guests with a genuine smile and was very attentive to our needs. She went out of her way to assist with any questions and provided helpful recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Her polite...
