We had a lovely experience staying at Conca Bella. We arrived later than expected and were so grateful to be seated for dinner at the hotel restaurant - despite it being quite busy. All of the food was fantastic and seasonal. We could not have asked for more.

Great family run hotel; super food!
We have been visiting Lugano for the last 10 years and are totally surprised how come we have never heard of Conca Bella until this time! Its a really charming, family run hotel, and is home to a Michelin 1-star chef. We ate at the regular (non-Michelin star) restaurant and the food was very good! The location at the top of the hill is really charming and we will certainly be making this our "home" in the future! You do need a car and google map to find the place though, but once you find it, its very easy to get to, though not with public transport.

Hotel nickel propre avec un concept particulier pour gouter du vin quand on veut en libre service. Le personnel est tres accueillant , souriant, et parle un peu francais. Ils sont au petit soin meme pour un diner tardif. Je le recommande.

Sehr schöne Zimmer! Alle wurden eben renoviert 😊. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, hervorragendes Essen! Sogar der erste Wein Degustation Automat steht hier auf der Etage, top Idee!!!

ein tolles hotel, mit allem was es für eine angenehme übernachtung braucht. sehr freundliche und aufmerksame gastgebern. wir hatten einen veganer in unserer runde. absolut kein problem! es wurde eine auswahl von veganen gerichten angeboten. selbst am nächsten tag beim frühstück. sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Hotel in einer schönen Lage. Die angesiedelte Gastronomie ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider waren gerade die Maler kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt da. Es roch noch stark nach Farbe. Aber es ist ja positiv zu bewerten, wenn Renovierungen durchgeführt werden.

Oben in Vacallo
Dieses Hotel und seine Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist auch das Angebot an Parkplätzen sehr begrenzt. Prei/Leistung für die Schweiz geht in Ordnung. Das Frühstück jedoch könnte für ein Hotel dessen Restaurant 14 Punkte im Goumetführer hat etwas besser ausfallen.

Sehr guter Service und sehr nettes Personal. Sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut obgleich nicht allzu Variationsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach und zweckgebunden
Geräumiges Einzelzimmer mit Bett, Nachttisch, Tisch, Schrank und Gepäckablage. Weder Minibar noch Wasserkocher wie dies eigentlich auf Hotels.com angegeben ist. War etwas kalt im Zimmer, Heizung wurde wohl abgestellt, aber es wurde Anfang April doch noch etwas kälter in der Nacht. Leider keine Kosmetiktücher (Kleenex) im Badezimmer bereitgestellt. Zahnputzglas aus ganz feinem Plastik, so dass man kaum die Zahnbürste reinstellen konnte. Frühstücksbuffet nicht extrem gross, aber in Ordnung. Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomaten war nicht besonders gut. Alles in allem einfach und zweckgebunden mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wohl weniger für längere Ferien.

Super service og smuk udsigt

Ottimo davvero
ottimo hotel ,pulito, confortevole, camere spaziose, bagno con tutti gli accessori, personale molto gentile che vi farà anche una carta per non pagare sui mezzi pubblici, ottimo bar. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nous avons eu une chambre dégueulasse, nous avons fait le check in a 13h00 et ensuite nous somme rentrer tard dans la chambre, le lendemain, c'était une catastrophe, un mégot de cigarette dans les toilette écraser par terre, la cuvette pas propre ainsi que la douche et le lavabo, de la poussière sous le lit d'apoint qui n'a pas été faite depuis 2 semaines je pense. Le personnel agréable, quand nous avons dit à la patronne ce qui nous était arriver, pour elle ce n'était pas un problème.

Hotel simple mais calme.
Les chambres standards sont dans la partie ancienne, non climatisée. Déco dépassée, cheveux au sol dans la salle d'eau. Chambre réservée avec lit double mais ce sont deux lits simple qui m'attendaient. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon.

Sehr einfach und ohne Charme
Keine Klimma-Anlage im Zimmer und ein Kühlschrank, der auch noch Wärme abgibt. War 32.3°C warm, als ich angekommen bin. Spartanisch eingerichtet, Möbel sehr alt. Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht mehr. Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht.
