To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful

The room was large and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the water. The online pictures were very accurate. We had large glass doors opening out to a beautiful view and we left them open all night to enjoy the fresh air. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a diverse menu. I would enjoy staying here again!

Unique historical hotel with old city walls within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast.

Clean beds. Nice bathroom.

The lady in charge, so sorry forgot her name…was so helpful and kind

5TP was A++. Loris, our point of contact at the hotel was amazing. The service she provided was well above what you'd expect at the price point. From welcoming us, to her suggestions, to the check out process... flawless. She was clearly passionate about giving us the best experience. Info with directions for arrival were clear and simple. Some poor reviews mention the amount of walking and number of stairs to reach the location. Visiting Cinque Terre, one would hope there is already an...

Vilma was great with the communication and allowing us to check in a little early. The property was located just a few blocks from the train station, which made getting our luggage to the property easy. The property was also located close to lots of shopping and ESPECIALLY wonderful food. We ate pasta at A’ Gostino, which was excellent and had steak at Nana Meat & Wine, which was superb and you’ll need a reservation. Both locales within a couple minute walk. I didn’t see a clothing iron or...

Wonderful host. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Amazing view. Will stay here again.

Most comfortable place we have stayed as we travel through Europe. Memory foam mattresses and pillows, very cozy and comfortable feel, attention to every detail and free breakfast at the paticeria. It was great!

Nice hotel. Perfect location close to train station. Hotel owner or manager was super friendly and willing to share tips on getting around. Comfortable stay overall

The room was super nice and it had a balcony attached to the room. The amenities were amazing as there was tea, biscuits, towels were provided, and body wash and shampoo (and some more). The terrace at the top was very cute to just sit there during the day. I would recommend this place and would book it again when I’m back in the area.

Very nice recently decorated room. Very nice finishes. Great instructions and prompt comunication if I ever como back to La Spezia i will look for this room again

Very good, but weak breakfast

This place was truly incredible. I loved my stay here. About 15 min walk from the train station. The room was spacious, super clean and easy to communicate with the owners. The bathroom was big. Their food recommendations awesome and the place has so many great stores and restaurants close by

Extremely comfy beds and pillows, cold a/c, big shower, staff very friendly, luggage storage, beach towel & shower available on checkout day after going to beach! Short 5 min walk from train station and 2 min walk to beach. Would recommend.
