“I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to inquire about road safety, given the recent heavy rainfall and the fact that they are located on a bumpy dirt road, quite a ways away from the main paved road. They assured me it was safe. However, upon attempting to drive to the hotel, we quickly realized it was not safe for us nor for our rental car. “This property offers stunning views and is a popular destination for tourists arriving by cruise ship. As a result, there can be long wait times at bars, restaurants, and tastings. One thing we wish they had communicated was the closing time of the gates. My wife and I attended the Carnaval de Ensenada and returned to the property around 10 pm. To our surprise, the property was still open. Fortunately, we found a worker cleaning one of the restaurants who was able to let us in. ”
