“The hotel was under construction for renovations, which was not conveyed to us at any point until we arrived to check in. The building was dusty and made breathing difficult. There were also several construction workers smoking right at the main entrance at any given time. The gym was closed for renovations. The hotel itself was torn apart, unpainted, and the incessant noise from construction went until about 9 pm every day. The stay was completely unacceptable.”

“Quite, spacious room but little outdated. Breakfast was excellent. ”

“Getting pretty rundown. Dirty hall carpets. Bed was very uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not working.”

“Asked for 2 beds on 1st floor in reservation. Got 1 king bed & small sofa for 3 guests. Found changed accommodations when we went into the room. Would appreciate being told of change before arrival or at time of check in. Found Only 2 towels. No extra pillows. Was told housekeeper has been ill. Arrived late. Had to ring for assistance. We were tired travelers. Check in lady was nice & attentive but had small child with her. Breakfast was ok. Parking ok. Will not return to that hotel again.”

“Staff”

“👍”

“The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good food, but took some time to receive food once ordered.”
