"We stayed in the Junior Suite (Lake view). The room had no fault, had a modern touch and it was very clean and comfortable. Dual sinks and separate bathroom + shower elevated the quality of the stay. We enjoyed every single staffs’ hospitality, very friendly and professional. The scenery you have in jacuzzi/pool is hard to beat, especially accessing to the thermal pool is effortless. Special thanks to Francesca (and other Front desk staffs) and Gerardo (and other F&B staffs). We really appreciate all your kind help with organising spa treatments, airport transfer and private boat tour - they were also fantastic! I would definitely book them next time again!! "The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm. "

"This is my fourth time here! Couldn’t recommend it more. Torri is fantastic, quieter town but accessible to other bigger busier areas (Riva, Garda etc). It is only about 30-40 minute bus ride from train station at the bottom of the lake. Torri has lots of water-front restaurants, nice bars and local independent shops. Plenty ice cream! This hotel is perfect, 5 minute walking distance into Torri. Lovely clean spacious apartments. Pool and lounge areas are peaceful and have spectacular views of the lake. Very reasonably priced bar with very pleasant and attentive staff. Totally recommend "

"Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back."
