“This apartment is well equipped but ageing. It has modern TVs in every room, and comfortable beds, but everything else is quite worn. The rooms had good blackout curtains. It was clean. The neighborhood is certainly not the best; while it´s right beside a big shopping center, malls are not the central reason for which people visit Valparaiso. The barrio is very dirty and quite poor, and to get to decent restaurants or nice neighborhoods, you have to go up the other hills. ”
