"Super comfy bed, clean room. So convenient that there are 2 restaurants right downstairs. This was just an overnight stay before an early flight but it was great. Also the shuttle from and to the airport was so easy and convenient."

"Great hotel. Close to the airport and easy access to downtown Van via transit or driving. However the food amenities aren’t great. Everything closes at 9:30/10 including room service and the option in the casino was closed. Otherwise good and I would stay again."

"Incredibly convenient location. Room and private bathroom were clean. Great view of BC Place and it wasn’t loud at night (though we do sleep with white noise playing). Staff were friendly. Stored our luggage before check-in. As a young couple visiting the city for the first time, we felt safe and comfortable. We had issues with the AC when we got there and maintenance promptly fixed it! Only note is that the rooftop patio didn’t seem to be in great shape — the plants were wilted and the patio was on its side and blocking the view. But not a big deal."

"The staff was fantastic, very knowledgeable of activities close to hotel. We were there overnight awaiting travel for Norweign cruise. Breakfast was included and we also received a bottle of local Canadian wine with our package. I will definitely return to this hotel if I return to Vancouver."
