A hotel close to the subway… start of noise
I chose the corner room. It was a bad choice. The noise from the subway couldn't sleep all night

Room I stayed in was very close to skytrain. Heard the train coming and going every 20 minutes or so. Very inconvenient.

This was my third time at this hotel and I've always had an exceptionally pleasant stay, including this time! It's always clean, you receive countless amenities (including filtered water for every day) and the staff is so kind and helpful. When my mother and I arrived, she unfortunately had an accident and broke her arm. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and cared about her, we even received some flowers, a card and text messages wishing her a speedy recovery. I will be back for sure!

Didn’t think about skytrain above this gorgeous hotel. It makes noise for sure hahaha. Overall gorgeous views, very clean, good underground parking, good service.

The location of the hotel was great, and the receptionist and staff were the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered. The hotel made a lovely first impression, and everything about it was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and the room itself was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and I hope to return for a longer visit in the future.

The property is beautiful well maintained staff are super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the area around the hotel is a mixed group. Some people who are having issues are in yhe area.
