Pro: The location is superior good. You can walk to different kind of restaurants & super market in a few blocks. Cons: Towels & bed sheets are old. Air condition is very loud like dropping a bomb. It will turn off for a few seconds and back on after a while. We have to turn it off totally and open the window but outside was noisy too. Luckily it is not summer.

The blue tone color lights in the lobby and corridors looks like funeral home. Please change to warmer coloue light bulbs. Facilities, electrical plugs, cabinet in the rooms and towels need to be updayed. Some mew towels would be more appreciated. Electrical exyension cords shouldn't be placed on the desk. Beds are comfortable.though. Just a little update and touch up could make a big difference. Very good and convenient location.

Hotel airport shuttle is super slow, you have to call way ahead of time in order to be on the shuttle. Hotel cleaning service is based on request only, it is not stocked on daily basis, toilet paper etc. have to be provided based on request.

Other than just checking in, front desk staff don't provide any information such as wifi, restaurants etc.. Requested room on a higher floor, nope....it's the lowest

Convenient location. Checked in very late, appreciated the free shuttle, stayed only for 7 hours. Room was clean, but needed some repairs.

You can hear airplane landing and takeoff loudly. You have to request for room cleaning on request daily. Otherwise they will not replace bath towels or restock your coffee. Bath towels are old and should be replaced.

Plenty restaurants in the area, complimentary shuttle to the airport , friendly staffs The toilet was not clean, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom There was someone smoking cannabis inside the room on the same floor and stinks the whole floor and lobby. Saw a few other guests wearing N95 masks in the elevator and said they smelt the strong cannabis too. Informed the staffs and they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t give us a different room on different floor and that’s it.

Really great little spot. Used the free shuttle from the airport that really made it convenient and easy. Staff was absolutely lovely and kind, didn’t have any issues. Only problem was there no hand soap and the sheets felt kind of worn. Definitely a decent place to stay, in a great area, close to lots of dining and shops, short walk to the bus stops and trains

The light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. The tap was leaking. The airport shuttle bus left at 11:24 instead of 11:30 without checking if anyone else was still waiting in the lobby. The front desk staff had to call the driver back.

Very good staff. Clean and quiet. Many restaurants nearby. Not so good - no place to get coffee in the afternoon. I was told that the 0330 shuttle was full. Fortunately i took it anyway and i was the only person on it. Shower floor is extremely and unsafely slippery. Needs gripping strips. All in all very good though.

We waited an hour for shuttle service from the airport. Shuttle in the morning was booked for when we needed it as it fills fast so we ended up taking an Uber instead. Not too much of an issue as it is close to the Airport.

The location is great. A lot of eating places; a shopping mall in the back of hotel and a lot of restaurants within 3 minutes of walk. Especially if you like Chinese foods including the golden arch McDonald,

After 19 hours of air travel, it was wonderful to be picked up at the airport at midnight. The hotel has an amazing bed, great shower and is very clean. It is within walking distance of the sky train and free airport shuttle. Highly recommend.

The bathroom needs to be updated, especially the toilet seat is a wrong size for the toilet bowl. Bathroom had hairs on the floor.
