We stayed on July 11 for one night and checked in at 10 pm. The staff who checked us in were very helpful. We were a party of five, knowing that they didn't provide adequate bedding in advance. My husband went to the front desk requesting additional bedding around 11:05 pm after we had settled down, requesting an extra comforter and bed sheet. They told him they would come to our room shortly and provide it. We waited for 30 minutes, but one showed up, and as we had to catch a flight the next day early in the morning, I called them again to see when they would provide us. The guy at the register told me one of his colleagues is on his way, and we waited for 20 minutes, but no one showed up. I got frustrated and decided to go to the front desk. On my way, I met the staff who had checked us in and complained to them about the situation. He told me shift changes at 11 pm, but he will go right now and ask someone who can come and provide us with bedding. It took us an hour and a half to get the bedding. The soap that was in the bathroom was Really old and chunky. This was the worst experience. My daughter saw a bug and she got so scared that she did not even sleep whole night. So disappointed with the stay. Being such a big franchise they need to maintain the standard and provide better service. I am never staying here again. I didn't want to spoil my flight so didn't say anything to the guy who was at the front desk in the morning.
