Not a fancy place, but clean, helpfull and polite staff, good food in the attached pub. Example, compared to a Surestay / Best Weston, this beats it, maybe be not for furnashings, but service, definately. I prefer good service.
My only complaint, no micro wave, which seems to be standard everywhere else

Despite the age and condition of the facility the convenience of the location and price can't be beat.
This area is one of the most vibrant places in the city full of art, coffee, food and shopping.
The room was worn for ware but the bed had fresh white sheets and the towels were white and fluffy.
