Bar was closed so it was super quiet, staff was very nice, the area was empty a block in each direction so arriving and leaving was no stress, bed was clean to sleep on, didn’t use the shower but the toilet was clean, the little chair in the room was barely holding together but it worked so no complaints there, for the price it’s exactly what i needed. W hotel.

The location was convenient to transit as we were traveling back and forth to downtown daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillow was comfortable.

The property was convenient for easy travel to Gastown, Downtown and beyond. It was clean, provided plenty of coffee in the room as well as a refrigerator and safe. Cleanliness was good but the room and decor are somewhat dated. The hotel was reasonable in terms of value, staff were excellent, and I would consider using when next visiting Vancouver
