"The view is the best of Parksville Bay. Lovely, much improved rooms, very helpful staff. Too bad hot tub was out of service, but we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Lovely getaway!"

"As over reviewers have stated the rooms are a bit dated but at one time everything was top shelf and I appreciated the roominess and peacefulness of the property. Our suite was fully equipped and was a great stay overall. The free driving range balls was a nice touch!"

"I arrived late at night, check-in was smooth and quick. Front desk staff was excellent. I was upgraded at no charge, which was nice. However, the next day we noticed a really bad smell in the room. I called the front desk and was moved immediately, I had requested an upper floor due to noise issues from people walking above you. I would also suggest you do this if you’re a light sleeper. The kitchenette rooms are pretty good however I would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make tea. Beds were super comfy, very large TV, towels and sheets were soft and clean. The exterior of the property could use some maintenance, carpet on the walkways was lifting and was a bit of a tripping hazard, the pool could be cleaner. Pool loungers were new though. There’s lots of parking. Location is excellent, there’s a mall behind the hotel and restaurants close by as well. Would stay again."

"We stayed 2 night as a family. The property is located right next to the Pacific trail and this was perfect for us. The views from our unit were beautiful. We loved just relaxing in our unit while enjoying the views and the plunge and hot tub were incredible. With a full kitchen we certainly would stay here longer next time."
