“We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

“The Edgewater Villa was beautiful, loved seeing the stars at night over the water! The bar/cafe along the water was delightful with little kitties running around - and good food and drinks! The dinner we signed up for was very delicious. The spa was incredible! My most favorite- I loved listening to the waterfall! “Nukubati Island Resort is an amazing place. It is remote and there is nothing nearby like restaurants and shops. But the resort food is excellent with a 2-3 entree choices at each mean and lots of the food is grown in their own garden. There is no restaurant schedule so you can eat at any time of day. “We were surprised that the property only consisted of one unit. It was a little more rustic than expected. However the owner shared meals with us at his home & the food was unique & delicious. As a dive master he took us snorkeling & was a great guide. He showed us around his property & the construction he has been working on for three additional units. The location is great. Made up for the rustic accommodations.”

“Nothing to like. Avoid it at any cost. Rooms smell bad, dirty. Staff not helpful. No connection from rooms, only at reception. Pool is not being maintained. Water was off on the check in day and power was off on check out. Horrible place .. don't waste your money. ”
