"The property looks like and abandoned ghost hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The staff (I only saw 2 in three days) was nice. I barely saw any other guests.The pool has no water, without notice in the website. The place could be very nice if it were cleaner and tidy. It seams investors have fled and left a pharaonic construction plan unfinished. The site states "under new management"... I hope the can revive the place."

"This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy. Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. She also made sure that our room was spotless each day of our stay. Thank you Tamara. Eating and drinking at the resort is expensive which is the reason for my overall rating of 4 stars. Dinner for two $120+ ( no alcohol included). Breakfast buffet for two $70.00+. My husband liked to enjoy a Guinness at the bar in the evening after dinner $13.00. There is an automatic gratuity of 18% added to every food and drink order at all restaurants on and off the property, and a tip on top of that is appreciated. Hence the high prices. With all that being said, this is a really lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great ambiance, and I would stay here again if I return to St. Kitts."

"The Hamilton beach front rooms have a gorgeous view looking out toward St. Kitts but the property needs a lot of maintenance and clean up."
