Över förväntan!

Mycket fräscht! Smidig, kontaktfri incheckning genom portkod och nyckelskåp. Entrén och de allmänna ytorna (korridoren) ser väldigt tråkiga ut. Men intrycket ändrades totalt när jag låste upp till boendet! Stort och rymligt dubbelrum med nyrenoverade ytor - både i rummet, pentryt och badrummet. Allt fanns i pentryt - kyl/frysfack, spis/ugn och micro. Kaffebryggare och vattenkokare. Porslin och diverse redskap. Jag fattades inget under min arbetsvecka. Rymlig hörndusch i helkaklat badrum. Gratis parkering på anvisad plats direkt utanför boendet. Boendet ligger i samma fastighet som en förskola. Men det var inget som störde mig - var ju i tjänst och lämnade tidigt om morgnarna. Verkar bara finnas ett rum på markplan, övriga finns en trappa upp (ca 15-20 steg) vilket kan vara bra att känna till om man har mycket bagage eller svårt för att gå i trappor. Lugnt område, lite utanför city, men gångavstånd till Willys, apotek och Max hamburgerrestaurang. Rekommenderar ett besök hos take-away vagnen som serverar thaimat på Willys parkering. Återkommer absolut!

Ofräscht och luktar askkopp

Kökets utrustning är knapphändig och ofta smutsig. Det luktar gammal askkopp i lägenheten. Boendet känns ofräscht. Sängkläderna är det som känns bra.

Ok boende. Det var okej städat men behövde diska några saker. Slitet invändigt. Ej fungerande kyl och frys. Mikrovågsugnens stickkontakt nådde inte till eluttaget. Fick använda förlängingssladd. Var väldigt kallt men det fanns ett elelement som jag kunde sätta på. Väldigt dåligt skyltat på gatan. Fick gå ett varv innan jag hittade dörren.

Smidigt och enkelt

Enkelt att checka in med instruktioner på sms. Rent och städat rum, dock var rummet lite kallt. Annars fanns allt man behöver - tv, köksredskap, kyl, frys, bekväm säng mm. Väldigt lyhört vilket kan störa lite. Såg också en silverfisk på golvet, annars tycker jag att boendet var mycket bra och prisvärt!

Enkel incheckning, gott om parkeringsplats. Rummet makalöst varmt! Fanns en bordsfläkt, men den gjorde inte mycket nytta. Många eluttag, men de på ena sidan sängen fungerade inte (8 st). Ingen duschkräm i behållaren, men gick bra att använda schampoo! Sängarna helt OK (om man inte kräver mjuka sängar) men kuddarna tråkiga. Använde inte köksdelen alls.

Lägenheten var lyhörd och jag stördes av både grannen och av daghemsbarnen i bottenvåningen som var ute och lekte 07.30 på en tisdag morgon.

Bra, fräsch lägenhet med kök (bra i coronatider). Bra sängar. Saknade något i husgeråd (bl.a. stekspade). En byrå hade varit bra. Kommunikationen med uthyraren fungerade bra med meddelanden.
