Very great place to go! The host was amazing thank you for sharing the tips on getting better pictures at the beach is was an amazing view! The pool was amazing and the area was nice! So many restaurants near by
Clean one bedroom place in a beach town. 2 minute walk to a nice beach. Host was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Fri and Sat night was loud from blaring speakers in passing cars so bring ear plugs
The room itself was nice and clean but dont expect any extras such as water, coffee etc. Does have 2 small burners for cooking but no microwave. The temperature in the living room a/c was set and could not be changed. The exterior was nice but the pool could have been cleaner. The worker they have living and taking care of the property was very unfriendly and offered little to no assistance.
The place was very modern and in a very nice area so close to the beach and restaurant to eat. The pool was very nice but needed to be cleaned a bit more. Other than that we were able to Check in early and the room was very clean.
Room was on first floor pool was nice had lights on at night

National park is extremely beautiful, with entrance right across the street. Great beach. Area is extremely loud almost 24/7 with active rooster next door, barking dogs and constant traffic blasting loud music; fireworks was chef’s kiss; walls thin sbd and windows inadequate to contain almost constant noise. Staff was polite and responsive, but we didn’t get the patio/poolside room we had paid for; our room was switched to an interior unit, which wasn’t communicated to us until I asked, and no refund was given to compensate when I asked them to make it right. Convenient to have a kitchen, but “luxury” is a major stretch. Not enough seating in the unit. Hard to call it a “hotel”as there’s staff onsite only occasionally. Overall, convenient but overpriced accommodations in a cool location.
Place was clean and close to the beach. Caretaker was extremely helpful and even helped me repair my rental that was broke down one morning. Parking is tight. Super clean. No issues whatsoever
The property was not what was advertised. The TVs didnt work nor the plugs. It was a very bad experience. Please do not rent this hotel as it is not what the pictures look like.
Absolute criminals that stole my money when I was stranded due to the United States activity in Venezuela. Their stated policy is one nights fee in case of cancellation. I fully expected to pay for one night. I texted the property that I wasn’t coming. I got a response that said we have a no-cancellation policy. They kept my money for the entire trip and hotels.com won’t give me any back because they can’t contact this resort and I didn’t cancel “the right way”.

Attempts to reach property prior to my trip was unsuccessful. I didn't speak to owner until i was half way their at airport. There is no shuttle to beach. This property is no where near San Juan, rather a 45 min, $75 taxi ride from any sites. This is in the country and the beach isn't what you think of when you think of the Caribbeans. We thought we were near public teamspirtation, but there in none near this property. One shuttle that everyone said is unreliable. So you definitely need a rental car if you stay here. I thought i booked a room with full kitchen, as shown in the picture, a balcony and a beach veiw. I did not. If i were able to speak to owner, or Expedia would have helped me after the 3 times i called them, i could have gotten the correct room, or better, knowing i was far away for what i came to do, i could have changed locations. We NEEDED a stove and oven and full fridge. Really needed seeing we were stranded there. We had a mini fridge and 2 burners on counter and microwave. Dirty coffee pot and no coffee or filters. Dishes very dusty; took me three cleanings to get the wine glass clean. There was a usded bar of soap in the shower and shower walls dirty. Owner said he wasn't calling housekeeper back, so manager gave us cleaning supplies. Who pays for vacation and have to clean 1st thing. There were hairs on the sheets, eww. The pool wasnt clean, hot tub bot hot. Owner DID assure me the pool guy comes to clean it everyday, didn't happen
I booked my stay same day after the concierge hours. I was unable to gain access to the establishment and as a result, I had to find an alternative stay very last minute.
I made contact with the host and he refused to answer phone calls or be accommodating in anyway.
I ended up booking a different hotel and am currently in a a dispute with my cc company against the hotel.
I would avoid this place if you can.
The room was clean, but when I booked I was told I would have two separate rooms but there was only one room. When I tried asking if there were any other rooms available, apparently there wasn’t. So one of my brothers had to sleep on the couch. Also at one point I tried asking for more towels and I didn’t get a response back from the host. And whenever we called the number they never picked up.

The property itself is nice. The room was clean for the most part, had to rinse the shower as it did not look clean when we first arrived. Make note this property is about 45 min from San Juan and about 1hr 30min to el yunque. Definitely need to rent a car to get around like we did. Parking is terrible. There’s really only one spot and were told to park down the street if that spot was taken which is very inconvenient.. Neighborhood did not seem very safe. Neighbors are very noisy and played loud music all day and night. There is a front desk that we did not see anyone working at. Power went out during our last night and was reassured it would be back on but never did so slept in a hot room. Not a property I would book again with.
