"The room is extremely small, as is the bed; I felt like I was in a prison. I had booked for two nights, but I left 15 hours ahead of my scheduled departure because I simply couldn't stand staying any longer. There is no mirror in the room. The shower area is tiny and connected to the toilet. There is only one type of shampoo provided, which also doubles as hand soap."

"The hotel was lovely. Very quirky and perfect for our family. It was a 2 min walk to restaurants, bars and the harbour. Our kids loved the family room and the hot chocolate machine! We had a family room which was massive. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Wonderful hotel and the people were very helpful. Beautiful breakfast buffet that everyone loved. The pools and indoor waterslide area are fantastic, but note that they are in the facility next door and only open and accessible during certain hours. Worth it, though, and the kids loved the water park."
