The staff are very nice and helpful. However the property is looking very dated and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom on the ground floor.

the stay was good and very courteous staff in the property. the food is also very good another great advantage is the 24 hour check in check out facility only difficulty that i noticed is the water in the washrooms are salty. i understand this is the issue all over TN, but a little care on that would be awesome

Staff was great! Rooms are big and comfortable . Supplied with everything one needs for a short stay . It’s a little Noise from the street traffic .

Very good service. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Bathrooms condition could be better. Check-in was a bit delayed although we reached there well past the check-in time and room was still being cleaned. Convenient location but a lot of noise from the traffic, though that is a general feature of city.

the hotel front desk made a mistake of an request from another guest and moved my room without my notice. I was shock to return to my room to see another man there. But the hotel manger was apologetic. Also I left my IPad in my room when I check out, they were good to return it to me at the front desk. good service.

Bon hôtel, récent. Le buffet du soir est très correct. L'hôtel est situé à la sortie de l'autoroute. L'idéal est d'obtenir une chambre éloignée de la rue car les coups de klaxon retentissent toute la soirée.

no place for solo women travellers
Arrived at 8pm, single woman at front desk and assured them id pay the promised room rate cd they shift me to smaller room as single not double occupancy, which had been booked by default on Expedia site. Was checking in 8pm checking out 6am as was transitting on work. Shiva the hotel manager not only was rude, offensive, dismissive he refused to help asked me to shut up and lower my voice. Then when his subordinate points out they can adjust it easily he changes his tone. Asked him if i had up front said i would pay and was just requesting an adjustment why couldn't he even say he would try? Straight up started shouting. Perhaps the hotel is desperate for money, or that's the impression the rude uncouth manager gave with his screaming. not least bit apologetic or cultured. He then forced two employees to 'accompany' me to my room to shut up my complaint. Horrible guy. Hotel is nice, manager should be sacked.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and the staff welcoming. Only minor point was the restauant only had 1 menu... for the whole restuarant so that was a bit of a mission to order food. I think they only want you to eat the buffet option. Room service is easier for food.

部屋がきれい、ひろい、快適。日本のビジネスホテルの価格で宿泊できるので、日本のビジネスホテル程度の料金で探しているのであれば、このホテルをお勧めします。朝食付きなので、インド系の料理もありますが、朝くらいは、コンチネンタルが食べたいと思う時、凄く安心です。なぜなら、朝食は、インド・コンチネンタル混合です。部屋には、コンセントがたくさんあり、日本タイプもコンセントも使えるのでマルチコンセントは必要ないです。ただし、電圧は210～220Vなので注意が必要です。次回も宿泊したいホテルです。

Hotel is simple and comfortable. Had a pleasant stay. Food was very good. Hotel staff was cooperative and helpful.
