"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Location is not walking distance to any coffee shop (meaning 10 min walk or less). "Above all, I would like to thank the staff of the hotel for the excellent care and service provided during our stay. My wife fell and broke her leg while we were on holiday and they could not have been more helpful and they did so with sincere concern for her, providing a wheelchair and walker as well as the usual hotel services. A special thanks to Helena for being wonderful. The hotel location is great for the town and only a short walk to the beach. It was very clean throughout and the bed was comfortable. The lift was one of the better ones we found during our journey in Greece. "

But i lost my Red Bull drink in small fridge in room after I notified forget to take out after check out . When i went back to hotel after 3 hour to ask the Reception , the answer is no see and no Red Bull drink . Their even go to check it . Just said sorry about it . "

"We cannot fault this hotel for its staff and room and beach front location. If I had two criticisms one would be ( and this is not something the hotel can fix) is the surrounding area is a bit of a dump lots of derelict unfinished buildings and wasteland filled with fly tipping. The local village is very basic and a bit neglected. If you dont have a car you will be stuck. The other criticism was the quality of the cooked items at breakfast. Overall we would stay again."
