위치는 좋으나 위생상태 너무 안 좋네요. 베게에서 냄새가 나고 침대에 벌레가 있는지 자고 일어나서 여러군데 물린 흔적이 있네요..

예약을 했으나 처리가 되지 않아 기존 지불 예정금액의 2배를 지불하고 숙박하는 사태가 발생함. 불친절하고 방도 좁지만 위치는 정말 좋음. 호텔의 서비스때문인지 호텔스닷컴의 서버문제인지 모르겠음

This property is very well located, close to everything. There is good shopping and dinning options for every budget. The room is ok but had a strong old smell. We had to open the windows. Need to be deodorized. Decoration is interesting.

The proximity to St Mark's plaza was a reason to choose this hotel. The communication with the reception desk staff was disappointing to say the least. We did not feel welcomed. Moreover, the clerk who was helping with our checking out was simply rude. Important: the hotel's claim that you can store your luggage there before or after checking in or out is only semi true. You ARE allowed to leave your luggage there. But nobody is watching your luggage. It sits right at the front of the tiny lobby widely open to anyone to walk in and take any of the luggage pieces away. The checkout day communication definitely left a bitter taste of the stay.

Main hotel seemed ok. We were placed in a separate building around the corner. Room ok. NO Internet service! Breakfast was adequate. Not likely to stay there again. Probably be a different experience if we had a room in the actual hotel.

Overall a good place to stay. Only developing feedback i would have to say a kettle and tea/coffee in the room would make the it perfect but nonetheless a clean hotel, ideal for my one nights stopover

Adorable, quaint hotel in the heart of San Marco, Venicel. Bright, clean, and attractive furnishings. Our twin room, number 251, was small, as expected, but on 2 LEVELS. One bedroom with wood beam ceiling, as you walk in, then 4 steps up to second bedroom and bathroom. Never seen anything like it. LOVED IT!!! Room #251!!! The only issue was the breakfast room is very small and got super crowded and uncomfortable. Of course, it was Carnival in Venice adding to more people in what was supposed to be a slow time of year. Still, I will go back. Thanks for reading!

Camera molto bella e pulita personale molto disponibile, siamo arrivati in anticipo di due ore rispetto all'orario previsto per il check in e ci hanno comunque dato la camera appena finita di pulire.

Hotel antigo mas superou expectativas.
Confesso que ao ver as avaliações fiquei com medo, mas ao chegar no hotel ele superou minhas expectativas. Um hotel em um prédio antigo, característico das cidades históricas europeias, mas tudo limpo! Quarto limpo.. banheiro limpo … localização ótima! Custo benefício bom! Café da manhã eu não gostei .. só do croissant! Mas tb não foi de todo ruim! Tem que ir sem muitas expectativas .. tem outros hotéis melhores, mas esse pra dormir está muito bom e limpo!! Peguei um quarto para 4 pessoas … uma das camas eh pequena mas minha filha de 15 anos conseguiu dormir bem!

Decepcionante. Se pudesse dar uma sugestão seria .... fechem o hotel. Recepcionistas mal educados, não davam suporte, negaram uma segunda chave de acesso para o nosso quarto. Além de um cheiro desagradável na recepção. Quarto - para chegar no quarto era um labirinto. Quarto sujo, chuveiro e tampa do vaso quebrados e sem calefação. Pedi para consertar e o recepcionista disse que seria difícil resolver estes problemas.... tipo vai permanecer tudo quebrado. Café da manhã - fraquíssimo sem opções, muito apertado e sempre com filas enormes. Para não parecer tão radical, o único funcionário que sempre nos ajudou foi o carregador de mala.

Struttura molto centrale, con molte camere e varie tipologie. Molto cordiale tutto il personale della reception, ed anche la maggior parte degli altri dipendenti. La nostra camera era piccola ma molto piacevole e curata, il letto abbastanza comodo anche se i materassi erano singoli al posto che matrimoniale, siamo rimasti 4 notti e quasi tutti i giorni sono passati per il cambio asciugamani e prodotti. Le note negative sono solo due, una è la presenza di un forte odore abbastanza sgradevole nella zona reception, appena si entra, l'altra riguarda la colazione che è veramente troppo scarsa, praticamente la colazione dolce è composta da dei mini cornetti, delle fette biscottate, delle marmellate e del miele, mentre la colazione salata è composta da delle fette di prosciutto cotto, salame e formaggio, e dei piccoli panini, poi c'è una caraffa di succo e la macchinetta automatica per il caffè, il cappuccino ecc. In sintesi è stato comunque un buon soggiorno, tranne che per la colazione.

Stanza fredda , lenzuola sporcche e rotte puzza terribile di fogna pulizia inesistente del bagno ... ci siamo rifiutati di farci una doccia . Frigo bar esitente ma vuoto !!! Colazione disastro .... nulla per poter fare una colazione decente . Tutti cinesi che fanno fatica a partare italiano , siamo messi male ....

Unmittelbar in der Nähe vom Markusplatz, Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber. Möbel schon in den Jahren gekommen. Frühstück einfach für 1-2 Nächte reicht es.

This hotel was good over all but I did not like that upon my arrival and check in process I was transferred to two different reception areas to end up in a third facility of theirs which entrance was on a really dark alley. Although it was safe, as I never had any unpleasant experiences getting there, I would’ve preferred to have stayed in the hotel with the reception I was expecting to stay. But besides this whole storyline, all of the properties owned are very centered to walk everywhere in Venice.

The gentleman who checked us in was miserable and rude, however may have been having a bad day because after that he was pleasant. Enough property has a smelled to it as you would expect him. Venice, unfortunately it wasn't asked by anything. Rim itself was nice or initial impression. Felt a little bit hinned in and dirty but I think that is just the antique style. Overall really good location. The service was good when they were issues. Are toilet seated broken? And when the metre come in that day to tidy the beds up it was fixed by the time we got back. We had mentioned it to anyone because there was never me left but it was fixed immediately. The toilet seat was released from me arrived but it's okay it was sorted. Room is very cold. There are spare blankets to put over which we did but it made the very heavy heating. Didn't really work in the room but overall really good vacation. Pleasant enough stuff. Happy to fix things when there are issues. The only really she we have was smell of the property and the gentleman that checked us in who like I said but probably just having a bad day. All in all I would say again primarily for location
