The property is very well maintained / renovated. The host is very nice. The room is big and quiet, air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. We will definitely come back in the future.

Mediocre stay

Check in was flawless. The key to the room was given and we were shown to our room. The furniture and structure of the place was in good condition but unfortunately seemed like cleaning was not the owner's priority. Breakfast options were good and was served about 30 minutes after our requested time. We were in no rush so suited us just fine. We suspect the owner smokes so there is a small hint of cigarettes but nothing terrible. Overall, the price says it all if you compare to anywhere else in the area.

Easy parking behind the property. Nice bedroom but with noisy air conditionner. Lovely homemade breakfast to order. The garden could do with some work. Did not have access to the room until 5pm. Fortunately, only had to wait 15 minutes. It was our first time in Quebec en Venise and we enjoyed the town.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I had everything I needed. The house has a nice large porch, perfect for relaxing or visiting with friends. Quiet neighborhood. Delicious breakfast options to coose from. I had a very nice visit.

Breakfast was great. Michel was a very kind, gracious host. Unfortunately we cut our stay short due to the amount of smoke that we couldn’t escape. We couldn’t open windows due to no screens and did leave a day early. Our clothes a d their towels smelled like smoke. We wish we could have stayed the whole time but we just couldn’t.

Check in was super late at 5 PM. Breakfast was said to be between 8 AM and 10 AM. Unfortunately, they only showed up at 9:30 on the first day. On the second day they never showed up. We never got our breakfast although it was paid for in our reservation reservations. If we need something require assistance or anything like that, there’s no one on site to really help us. We are pretty much left on our own.

Crasse et poils dans la douche Cheveux et brindilles et saletés sur le plancher Nid d araignée cadre de porte salle de bain Extra pour un balcon non adéquat avec chaise salle , déchirée et incertaine pour s asseoir . Le propriétaire ne voulait pas nous rembourser pour la deuxième nuit que nous avons quitté car impossible d y rester dû à cette insalubrité.

Maison et environnement mal entretenus. Ça sent la grosse cigarette partout dans les pièces. Odeur de parfum pour dissimuler la cigarette. Propriétaire peu recevant alors qu'il s'agit d'un gîte !?! Aucun savon dans la chambre et serviettes douteuses. Très décevant dans l'ensemble.

La chambre semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyée depuis plusieurs semaines. Des boules de cheveux et de la poussière étaient un peu partout sur le plancher. Le lavabos et la douche étaient sales et les draps ne semblaient pas avoir été changés! Nous ne sommes pas restées pour notre deuxième nuit tellement nous avons été dégoûtées.

Malheureusement ça sent la fumée de cigarette à plein nez partout, les draps pu la cigarette, c'est un établissement non fumeur mais tout le monde fume en cachette... Incluant notre sympathique jardinier. C'est bien dommage, d'arnaquer les gens ainsi. Salle de bain malpropre. Le déjeuner était très bon par contre. Très très surprenant la note de 8.2... À part d'être un fumeur, c'est impossible de mettre une bonne note.
