“Disappointing stay this time. Both rooms were too hot, the heating in one room couldn’t be controlled. The same room’s shower drain had a very bad smell. We arrived, threw our bags in the rooms and went straight out to eat, when we came back and discovered these problems there were no staff onsite to report these problems. So we all had bad nights sleep and one room smelt like a sewer. ”

“Room was okay although the toilet bowl had a big brown water stain. Very poor dinner selection and what we did choose was mediocre. Didn't stay for breakfast.”

“Ontbijt was wat karig, hoewel de croissants heeeeerlijk! de kamer was schoon en smaakvol, het bed top! De kamer was wat te warm. ondanks dat ik de de heating op off had gezet en het maart ( rond 5 graden snachts buiten) Het personeel was vriendelijk! het zwambad heerlijk alleen de douches waren er koud en de pashokjes konden niet op slot en de lockers ook niet. Wel mooie lokatie en goed onderhouden!”

“A truly wonderful hidden gem on the French countryside not too far away from Calais. The hosts have created a unique experience in their old farm house with a beautiful large garden even with their own hedge maze in the back garden. Pet friendly, cozy place, comfortable bed in a well equipped room with brick walls and nice decorations both in and outside. Breakfast is served in the conservatory in the main house. Chickens and ducks walk freely around. We loved it!”

“Room very clean. Bathrooms will need to be updated ie walking showers instead of baths? Breakfast very fresh with plenty of choice = viennoiseries, breads, fresh apple and multi fruits juices, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, etc.. Various brands and flavours of teas. Coffee machine offering espresso, capuccino, hot chocolate etc.. A welcoming bar offering various drinks = beers, wines, spirits with snacks ie peanuts, crisps, chocolate bars. Big car park - free and secure - gate closed at...
