"This was one of the most unsanitary hotel experiences we have ever had, especially while traveling with little ones.
The first room we were given was absolutely filthy. There were visible bodily fluid stains and urine stains on both the pull-out couch mattress and the king bed mattress itself. There were also multiple debris-like particles and dirt throughout the bedding area, making the room feel completely unsanitary and unsafe for a family stay.
When we brought this to the attention of the assistant manager, the response was extremely rude and dismissive. We were basically told “oh well,” and given the option to either wait for housekeeping or move into another room that had supposedly only been “superficially cleaned.”
The second room was not even the room configuration we originally booked. We specifically needed a certain sleeping arrangement because we were traveling with children, and the replacement room could not properly accommodate our family.
Unfortunately, the second room was still dirty. The floors were filthy, and the bathtub was so dirty and stained that we did not even feel comfortable showering in it.
To make matters worse, the “continental breakfast” was extremely disappointing mostly sugary pastries and sweets with virtually no healthier or protein-based options available.
Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and room accommodations were unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to families."
