My wife and I are locals, and frequently enjoy having breakfast at The Wave restaurant. As locals, we have never had a need to use the overnight accommodations, but have always been curious. I took my wife on a staycation for her birthday, and was not disappointed. The property was clean and updated, while the Staff was accommodating and professional.

This resort is exquisite and lovely. The staff is incredible. Flo at check in was just wonderful as was entire staff.

We can’t wait to return! Loved the service and all of the employees from the beach attendants to the bars/waitstaff, valets, spa and front desk! They all really made our stay so special! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay, though our "city view" turned out to be a 2nd floor view of the driftwood resort back parking lot. Staff friendly and helpful and pool nice. Chicken Caesar salad was really good for lunch by the pool.

Room 114, directly adjacent to the pool area. Great because of the short walk to the not too crowded beach. Our only concerns; the tiny ant trail to somewhere in the room, the proximity to the pool/outside dining area due to noise, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location of the property was great we didn’t spend time in the pool but we did spend everyday on the beach it was great the people assisting with the beach chairs, umbrella’s and refreshments were terrific. The only fault we found was our beachfront room it was in need of a facelift. The mattress was uncomfortable the floor in the shower had been patched and the wood work in the bathroom and bedroom was really dated.

This great little resort is excellent.They had one very busy night with a wedding reception in one restaurant but the Wave Restaurant just kept up excellent service and food quality. Live music was another wonderful touch at the outside area.

Attention to every detail. Everything, including the staff, was fantastic. Great town and location. Beach was super even though not your typical Florida white sand. Area wasn’t as crowded as the gulf side.

Wave Kitchen is not to be missed
Stayed one night on the way between Atlanta and the FL Keys. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. It was very busy and loud. Personally we prefer a quieter dining experience, but the food was amazing. We had a couple of the Cuban specialties and were very impressed. The bar was also fabulous. The only negative: we asked for extra towels and someone to fix the lock on the door that was jamming and did wenot get a response for either of those requests.

Property was a great getaway for our friend's 60th. birthday weekend. Very excellent staff and service. The yoga class on the beach is a fabulous way to start the day.Teri in the restaurant goes above and beyone and is a great representation of true hospitality. Front desk staff excellent and willing to help Reese, Marlene and the evening girl. All around, the stay was just too short. Also the area around the hotel is a mini-Hamptons experience with the shopping and dining. Cannot wait to return.

Beautiful property; fabulous location; staff very helpful and pleasant; and complimentary glass of champagne was a nice touch. Dead bug on the floor of our room as we walked in was not the best first impression. And small bugs in and around the bathroom sink.
